What is a credit?

One standard reel costs 15 credits. Writing and rewriting scripts is free; you only spend credits on video.

What if a video fails?

Your credits are returned in full, automatically, and you can see the refund in your credit history.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits you buy stay until you use them.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded under our refund policy. Credits already spent on delivered videos cannot.
