These Terms govern your use of the ReelMasti mobile app and website, operated by [ACKBiz LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("the Company"). By creating an account you accept these Terms.

1. The service

ReelMasti generates short comedy videos from text you provide, using artificial intelligence. Output is machine-generated: it varies, it is not guaranteed to be accurate, funny, or fit for a particular purpose, and the same input can produce different results.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old; under-18s need a parent or guardian's consent.
• Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Credits and payments

• Videos cost credits. The exact credit cost is always shown before you confirm a generation.
• Credits are currently purchased on our website only. In-app purchase is not yet available.
• If a generation fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits are a prepaid service allowance: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.
• Free credits (for example the first free reel) may expire or change as part of promotions.
• Prices may change; changes never affect credits you already hold.
• See the Refund Policy for purchase refunds.

4. Your content and your responsibilities

You keep ownership of the ideas you write and, to the extent we hold any rights, we assign to you the rights in the videos generated for you, subject to these Terms and to the terms of our AI providers. You grant us a licence to host, process and display your content solely to operate the service.

You agree NOT to create or share content that:

• Uses a real person's face or likeness without that person's consent.
• Depicts a real child's face. Child characters are description-based only.
• Harasses, defames, or bullies any person or group.
• Is sexual, violent, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Impersonates public figures, or presents generated video as real footage of real events (including political content).
• Infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Violates any applicable law, or the policies of our AI providers.

We use automated and human moderation. We may refuse to generate, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Credits spent on content removed for violations are not refunded.

5. AI transparency

Generated videos carry an AI-generated label, and shared videos include a persistent AI watermark label. You must not remove these disclosures. When you share generated content on other platforms, you are responsible for following that platform's AI disclosure rules.

6. Fair-use protections we commit to

• Exact credit cost shown before every generation.
• Automatic credit refund on failed generation.
• No watermark (other than the AI disclosure label) on paid plans.

7. Intellectual property of the service

The App, website, brand, design and software are the Company's property. Template names and formats are ours; the videos you make from them are yours.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Generation depends on third-party AI providers; temporary outages can occur. Cloud copies of videos auto-delete after [30] days - download what you want to keep.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [6] months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the App. We may terminate accounts for material breach. On termination, unused purchased credits are handled per the Refund Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights in your place of residence.
