Failed videos: automatic, always

If a video fails to generate, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically - usually within minutes. You do not need to contact us. If you believe a refund did not arrive, write to [support@DOMAIN] with the video's date and we will fix it.

Credit purchases

• Unused credit packs purchased on our website can be refunded within [7] days of purchase if none of the credits have been spent. Contact [support@DOMAIN] from your account email.
• Once credits from a pack are spent, the pack is non-refundable, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment processor and typically take [5-7] business days to appear.

Quality issues

AI output varies, and a video you dislike is not by itself a failed generation. But we want you to get value: if a generation is materially broken (wrong language, silent audio, corrupted file), contact us within [48] hours and we will re-generate it free or return the credits.
